Protective Order Granted - Division of Enforcement Brief Sealed

Nature's Sunshine Products, Inc., Exchange Act Rel. 59181, December 30, 2008

Nation's Sunshine is the subject of a proceeding to revoke its registration due to delinquent periodic filings. The Commission concluded without discussion or analysis that "harm resulting from complete disclosure outweighs the benefits" and ordered the Division's brief sealed.
