Protective Order Issued

As is routine practice, the Commission issued a protective order for tax returns Mr. Bridge filed in connection with his pending appeal of an ALJ's initial decision.  Respondents usually provide financial information on appeal when they seek to support a claim they are unable to pay disgorgement or penalties ordered by the ALJ.  The ALJ's initial decision where she ordered Bridge to pay a $250,000 penalty is available here.
