Proceedings Dismissed Against Defunct Company

BCI Telecom Holding, Inc., Exchange Act Rel. 62649, August 4, 2010

Proceedings were brought to revoke the registration of BCI Telecom for delinquent filings. After the proceeding were brought it was determined that BCI did not in fact have any stock registered under the Exchange Act and hence the Commission had no jurisdiction over it to bring this case. The confusion apparently resulted from a predecessor company making filings using an erroneous file number. Further, the company is apparently defunct. Hence the proceedings were dismissed.
