ALJ Granted Additional 30 Days to Render Initial Decision

The Commission granted the Chief ALJ's motion for a 30 day extension to file an initial decision due to the size of the record (3,000 pages of hearing transcripts) and complexity of the issues. There were thirteen trial days held in March 2010. Originally the Commission had set a deadline for a decision by the trial judge of 300 days from service of the charging order.
