Oral Argument Motion Denied

Dan Rapoport, Exchange Act Rel. 62427, July 1, 2010

Rapoport was barred in a default order by the Commission and moved to set it aside. An ALJ denied relief and he appealed to the Commission. He requested an oral argument on appeal. The Commission denied his request without explanation finding only that oral argument would not significantly aid the decisional process.
