Loehmann's Inc., Exchange Act Rel. 34-62257, June 10, 2010
The Division of Enforcement filed proceedings to revoke the registration of 12 companies including Loehmann's. In fact Loehmann's had previously filed a withdrawal of its registration, but the filing contained a typographical error (incorrect file number) so it was improperly filed in the Commission's record keeping system. Since Loehmann's had in fact filed a withdrawal depriving the Commission of jurisdiction the Commission granted the Division's motion to dismiss the proceedings.
