Finra Motion To Dismiss Appeal Granted

Profeta appealed Finra's bar order. Finra moved to dismiss the appeal based on Profeta's failure to exhaust his Finra appeal rights before filing his appeal with the Commission. The Commission granted Finra's motion and dismissed the appeal.
