Motion to Amend Charges Granted

After these proceedings were instituted under Exchange Act § 12(j) based on delinquent mandatory filings the company claimed that it had less than 200 shareholders by filing a Form 15. The Division of Enforcement sought to amend the proceedings to bring them under § 12(g) after the ALJ noted that the filing of t he Form 15 deprived the Commission of jurisdiction under §12(j). The Commission granted the motion.
